Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and selected shipping method.

  • All products are shipped directly from our supplier, based in china. Please take this into consideration when ordering. If you have ordered multiple products, they may arrive at different times. 

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, can vary between 1-3 weeks depending on time of year. (AUS)

  • Shipping times for international customers can vary from 1-4 weeks depending on countries customs. 

  • Ascendence is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control

  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
